1.  What is the order placement procedure?
You can order us through Website, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp by messaging with the product image and your required size.

 

2.  Is there an exchange policy?
YES, we do have an exchange policy.

 

3.  What is the Exchange procedure?
We will send another pair and collect the previous pair to be exchanged from your doorstep, just the delivery will be charged.

 

4.  What is the exchange period?
Within 7 days the exchange will be made.

 

5.  Are there any refund and return policies?
NO, we do not have any return policies.

 

6.  Size availability – what sizes are available?
We have standard European sizes from 35 to 42.

 

7.  Do you have a size chart?
YES, we do have a size chart.

 

8.  Is cash on delivery or COD available?
YES, it is available for nationwide.

 

9.  What are the Delivery charges?
The delivery charges are just PKR 150 per order only.

 

10.  Are there any delivery charges for exchange?
YES, the delivery charges are applied.

YES, delivery is made all across Pakistan.

 

12.  What is the standard delivery period?
Standard delivery period is 3 to 5 business days.

YES, all the products are handmade.

The quality of our products is good, these are handmade designer shoes that meet the international quality standards.

YES, we do have physical outlets in Karachi.

There are 2 outlets of Lace Up in Karachi: 1- Saima Square One Mall. 2- Gulshan K.D.A. Market.

YES, we deal in bulk orders as well.

COD/cash on delivery and bank transfer.

NO, opening parcel before payment is not allowed.
